Adhoc Pay-as-you-go

£30 / Hour 

Perfect for individuals or businesses with less needs and ideal for one-off projects or occasional admin tasks from time to time. Its also a great starting point for startups and new connections to make use of administrative services without a monthly commitment. 

Retainer
£30 / Hour Allocated hours time booked guranteed.

This is a simple way to purchase a block number of hours per month. This ensures you can use my services when you need them. You receive an invoice for the month with a time report when work is complete. I will let you know if you are nearing your limit. These are great for when you need ongoing support or tasks that need to be completed every month.

Hours will not be rolled over to the following month therefore you need to use them each month to gain most benefit.

Hours used over the retainer amount each month will be charged at my hourly rate of £30 per hour.

Packages

I advertise a number of one off support packages including de-cluttering that are individually priced to the clients needs, if you need a quote please use the contact tab and I will be happy to help. 

How does it work?

  1. I offer a free consultation (up to 1 hour) by phone or zoom to eastablish what you want to achivie and how you might like us to work together. 
  2. After this you will be emailed a Terms of Business Contract , a Booking Form and a Data Processing Form. This will confirm the scope of work , expectations, timescales agreed rates and other important information relating to the work requested. 
  3. Once you are happy to proceed you need to sign the agreement and return it to me before any work will comence (email return speeds up the process) 
  4. An Invoice will be sent and should be paid within 7 days of its date. Any extra hours or expenses are collated and invoiced on the 1st monthly. Details of these if applicaple will be in your contract. 
  5. A Time Sheet will be sent as a receipt after each month/project is completed.  

Service Levels

Ad/hoc response to emails/calls will always be within 24-48 hours. 

Retainer timescales agreed in contract.

I do not have a standard working pattern or opening hours. As I work hours agreed with my clients. This however does not mean I am instantly available 24 hours a day. When we work together we can arrange a working pattern that suits us both. 

Payment Terms

Ad Hoc, paid in advance

Retainer, standard payment terms are 7 days from date of invoice. 

All work is time tracked and reports will be provided at end of month or project as a receipt.
